Help us bring mental health and suicide out of the darkness by joining us for this year’s Into The Light Suicide & Mental Health Awareness Walk. When you participate, you are remembering and honoring lives lost, joining in fellowship, addressing the stigma, gaining resources and supporting local, accessible mental health treatment programs and services including:

Early Registration: $25 until 10/4 at 12:00pm

During the event, participants will be given an opportunity to join in fellowship with others by sharing their personal experiences. Please consider submitting your story by October 4 at 12:00pm so it can be shared at the event. Your story will make an impact for others.

We were lucky, in that we had good support within our family. But we would see people when we were out, and they would say ‘we would have called you, but we didn’t know what to say.’ People are fearful of mental illness. It’s as if they somehow think it will rub off on them if they get too close. It is long since time to get past that.
