Campaign Chairman: Andrew Smith
Dr. Andrew Smith, Assistant Superintendent of Transformation for Rowan-Salisbury Schools, is a Rowan County native and has worked for Rowan-Salisbury Schools for 11 years as an East Rowan High School Forensics and Biology Teacher, Director of Innovation and Chief Strategy Officer.
Smith previously served as Campaign Co-Chair during the 2019-2020 campaign and has served as a board member and campaign cabinet leader for the education division for two years. He has also volunteered as a committee member for United Way’s Into the Light Mental Health and Substance Abuse Walk.
